The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jerry Shortt can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Jim Closs
Condolence: Marguerite,Brendan, and the entire family,
It is with disbelief that I find myself leaving this condolence. I am so sorry for your loss and sorry I cannot make my condolences in person as I am in Florida. Lots of good times with my golfing buddy.

When begging a gimmie, Jerry would ask is my work done here. Unfortunately my friend I guess it is and they are all good by me now. Play the golds anytime you want. RIP big guy.

Condolence: Jerry and I always ribbed each other over telephone company folklore. I will miss him "Breaking my chops". I used to see him @ Hannefords market in Pawling after we retired. Rest in peace Jerry, I will never forget you. Your coworker, Larry
